Newton believes that families need a loving, safe and supportive environment to which they can turn for the care of their children at an affordable fee. We believe we have a responsibility to encourage the wholesome development of children by providing opportunities for problem solving, decision making and exploration of their environment within a safe, secure setting. By providing this environment and opportunities, we help children acquire the skills necessary to be successful in school and be prepared for life’s experiences.
